Naphazoline-d4 is intended for use as an internal standard for the quantification of naphazoline by GC- or LC-MS. Naphazoline is a vasoconstrictor.1 In vivo, naphazoline (0.1 mg/kg, i.v.) decreases specific airway resistance and reverses intranasal blockage induced by U-46619 or leukotriene D4 in guinea pigs.
