Moclobemide-d4 is intended for use as an internal standard for the quantification of moclobemide by GC- or LC-MS. Moclobemide is a reversible inhibitor of monoamine oxidase A (MAO-A; Ki = 0.005 μM).1 It is selective for MAO-A over MAO-B (Ki = 1.08 μM).
